Shipping Policy

VAPELAND offers shipping throughout New Zealand.

We also have free shipping on all NZ orders over $50 for Vaping range and over $100 for Smoking range

Although We at VAPELAND prioritizes getting your order out to you as soon as possible, once your package leaves our store it is in the hands of the courier and we can not promise your package will arrive at the expected time.

New Zealand Domestic

Non-rural locations delivery is typically 1-2 business day, place your order before 2pm to receive your order the following business day. Rural deliveries usually take 2-3 business days.

If you need your goods for the weekend, Saturday delivery is available at a small additional cost.

Shipments are trackable with New Zealand Post or other courier carrier and require signature on delivery.

NZ Post / Courier Post Parcel Leave authority and Authority to Leave:

By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you also acknowledge that NZ Post and VAPELAND will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions. This means it's up to you to ensure the location you have specified is safe and secure.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not missing parts.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Returns timeframe is applicable to our 14 or 30-day satisfaction refund policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain three days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit our store at VAPELAND, 194, Wairakei Road, Bryndwr, Christchurch or you should mail your product to;

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
